English: A manuscript fragment from a Psalter has been used to cover this book printed in 1530. Older manuscript material, thought to be no longer useful, was often re-used in the bookbinding process. The lines of text, from psalms 91 and 92 (Vulgata: psalms 90 and 91), are complete, although the right-hand margin has been trimmed to fit the book. The material is vellum (animal skin).
