צו הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון) (החלת שינויים בנספח להוראות האיחוד האירופי) (תקנה 396/2005 – רמות מרביות של שאריות חומרי הדברה) מתוך
צו הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון) (החלת שינויים בנספח להוראות האיחוד האירופי) (תקנה 396/2005 – רמות מרביות של שאריות חומרי הדברה), התשפ״ה–2025
בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 3א(ד)(1) ו־(2) לחוק הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון), התשע״ו–2015 (להלן – החוק), ובהתאם לסעיף 3א(ד1)(1) לחוק, אני מצווה לאמור:
פורסמה הודעת הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון) (החלת שינויים בנספח להוראות האיחוד האירופי) (תקנה 396/2005 – רמות מרביות של שאריות חומרי הדברה), התשפ״ה–2025 המעדכנת את השינויים המפורטים בצו זה.
הגדרות
החלת השינויים בנספחים לתקנה 396/2005
יחולו בישראל השינויים בנספחים לתקנה 396/2005 שנקבעו בהוראות האיחוד האירופי ששמן בעברית ובאנגלית ומראה מקומן באתר הרשמי של האיחוד האירופי מפורטים בטור א׳ בטבלה שבתוספת, ואשר לצד כל אחד מהם מצוינים בטור ב׳ הפרטים בנספח שתוקנו, בטור ג׳ – מועד כניסת השינויים לתוקף בהוראות האיחוד האירופי, בטור ד׳ – מועד כניסת השינויים לתוקף בישראל, ובטור ה׳ – הוראת מעבר אחרת.
הוראת מעבר
כאמור בסעיף 3א(ד)(4) לחוק, אפשר להמשיך לשווק מזון שיובא לישראל או יוצר בישראל לפני מועד כניסת העדכון לתוקף בישראל, כמפורט בטור ד׳ בטבלה שבתוספת, לפי ההוראות המאומצות כנוסחן לפני העדכון, עד תום חיי המדף של המזון, אלא אם כן נקבעה בטור ה׳ לטבלה האמורה הוראת מעבר אחרת, ולעניין זה יראו את יום הגשת הבקשה למתן תעודת השחרור מתחנת ההסגר כמועד ייבוא המזון.
